Russia reinforces its military facilities in Syria, new satellite imagery purports

US Secretary of State John Kerry said while Russia's recent military build-up in Syria is consistent with protecting its own forces in the country, Moscow's objectives are still unclear. He added if its military is there to help the Syrian President defeat its opponents rather then fight against the radical extremists of the Islamic State, it could "be a problem".
