EU forces quota scheme despite opposition from Eastern Europe

EU interior ministers have agreed on a quota scheme to resettle 120,000 refugees over the next two years - but not all countries backed the plan.

Four Eastern EU states voted against it - including Slovakia who's Prime Minister Robert Fico has already warned he will never participate as long as he is in government.
