IRAN RED CRESCENT ASKS ICC TO INVESTIGATE US MISSILE STRIKE ON WEDDING PARTY THAT KILLED TWO WOMEN AND TWO CHILDREN

Iran's Red Crescent Society has formally asked the International Criminal Court to investigate a US missile strike that hit a wedding party in the southern Iranian town of Kuhestak, killing two women and two children and wounding 67 others.

The request comes as US President Donald Trump has defended the latest American military action, saying Washington can hit Iran again whenever it wants — while Tehran says it has retaliated by launching missiles and drones at US bases across the region.

The White House says there are currently no talks with Iran, six months into the war.
