A Las Vegas jury has found Duane Davis guilty of first-degree murder for orchestrating the 1996 killing of rap legend Tupac Shakur, nearly thirty years after the drive-by shooting near the Las Vegas Strip.
Prosecutors argued Davis, a senior figure in the Southside Compton Crips gang, obtained a weapon and organised the attack after a confrontation between Shakur's entourage and Davis's nephew at a casino.
The 63-year-old was not accused of pulling the trigger, but of planning the ambush and providing the gun.
