A United States appeals court has ruled that publicly available evidence does not support the Pentagon's decision to blacklist the Chinese drone manufacturer DJI as a national security threat.
The Defence Department placed DJI on its restricted list several years ago, saying the company posed a risk to national security — a designation the firm has fought to overturn.
