US President Donald Trump has said significant progress has been made, but Iran's parliament speaker and chief negotiator Mohammed Ghalibaf has mocked the White House on social media — accusing it of repeatedly threatening military action only to reverse course.
The pattern has raised questions about whether Washington's pressure campaign is having any effect on Tehran.
