The death toll from catastrophic flash floods in Nepal has risen to nearly eight hundred, with more than three thousand people still missing across Nepal and the Tibet region of China.
The disaster was triggered last Tuesday when a glacier collapsed near Langtang Lirung in the Himalayas, sending floodwaters and mudslides along a seventy-two-kilometre stretch of the Trishuli River.
Authorities have begun burying unidentified victims whose remains had badly deteriorated, though they say forensic records have been taken.
