EIGHT FOREIGN MINISTERS CONDEMN ISRAEL'S REJECTION OF TRUMP'S GAZA DISARMAMENT ROADMAP

Eight foreign ministers from Arab and Muslim-majority nations have condemned Israel's refusal to accept the United States-backed roadmap for Gaza, warning it could derail prospects for a lasting settlement.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has publicly rejected the fifteen-point plan drawn up by US President Donald Trump's Board of Peace, but the Trump administration believes the rejection may be driven by domestic political calculations ahead of Israel's election at the end of October.

Senior White House adviser Jared Kushner is understood to be meeting the Israeli prime minister in Jerusalem.
