Prince Harry and six other high-profile figures — including singer Elton John and actress Elizabeth Hurley — have lost their privacy lawsuit against the publisher of the Daily Mail in the London High Court.
Judge Matthew Nicklin dismissed all claims that journalists at Associated Newspapers Limited used unlawful methods to obtain private information, after a trial lasting more than three months.
The publisher has called the ruling an overwhelming victory for the Daily Mail and its journalists.
