Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has left New Delhi on Monday for a six-day tour of three Indo-Pacific nations, beginning with Indonesia — his first bilateral visit to the country since 2018.
The two sides are expected to sign several agreements covering trade, digital connectivity, critical minerals and defence cooperation when Modi meets Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto on Tuesday.
Among the priorities is linking the two countries' digital economies through India's mobile payments technology.
