Ukraine drone strike hits St Petersburg oil facility ahead of Russia's 'Davos' forum

Ukrainian drones hit an oil facility in St Petersburg ahead of the start of a major economic forum in the city.

The meeting is often described as Russia's version of the famous annual business and finance summit in the Swiss resort of Davos.
