Moscow announced a series of systematic strikes on Ukraine's military industrial facilities and decision-making and command centers in Kiev - in retaliation to Friday’s drone attack by Ukraine on a college dormitory in the border region of Luhansk that killed 21 students and staff. Russia called it a deliberate terrorist attack against civilians and urged Kyiv residents and foreign missions' staff to leave the Ukrainian capital. Kyiv had earlier dismissed Russia’s accusations.
