Spain has give permission for a cruise ship at the centre of a deadly hantavirus outbreak to dock in the Canary Islands.
The vessel is anchored off Cape Verde which says it lacks the medical facilities to deal with the situation.
Three passengers from the MV Hondius have died since it set sail from Argentina across the Atlantic Ocean last month.
Hantavirus is usually spread from rodent droppings, but the World Health Organization says there is a possibility of human to human transmission on the ship.
Professor of Anatomy at the University of Lancaster Dr Adam Taylor says it's a challenging situation.
