US Soldier Accused of Betting on Nicolás Maduro Capture Faces Charges in New York

A US Special Forces soldier involved in the capture of Nicolas Maduro, who allegedly placed prediction market bets on the operation, is set to be transferred to New York.

Prosecutors say Gannon Ken Van Dyke placed 13 bets on Polymarket when he had knowledge about the upcoming US operation to capture the Venezuelan leader.
