The second round of US-Iran talks are in doubt after Iran refused to confirm it would meet with the American negotiating team in Islamabad this week.
It comes as Iran has threatened to retaliate after the US seized an Iran-flagged vessel on Sunday, and ahead of the ceasefire deadline expiring on Tuesday.
