Moscow to factor in France’s “nuclear umbrella” plans in Europe

Russia says it will take into account France’s plans to share its nuclear defence capabilities with other European countries. Russian Foreign Ministry warned it will be forced to revise the list of priority military targets if Paris moves to deploy nuclear weapons to non-nuclear European countries.
