Russia welcomes US and Iran’s decision to stop escalation

Russia welcomes the decision of the United States and Iran to stop escalation of the ongoing conflict, the Kremlin said. It expressed hope that Washington and Teheran would soon engage in direct talks on a peace settlement. At the same time Moscow stressed that solid guarantees are necessary to prevent similar crises in the future. Daria Bondarchuk reports from the Russian capital.
