Trump introduces new measures to ease pressure on US farmers hit by tariffs and war

US President Donald Trump has unveiled new measures aimed at helping American farmers - as the war in Iran drives up prices on everything from the fuel they put in their tractors - to the fertilizer they use to grow crops. Farmers are a key voting block for Republicans - but have been among the hardest hit by President Trump's policies - first his tariff war, and now the conflict in Iran.
