EU energy ministers are meeting in Brussels on Tuesday to consider cutting back on oil and gas use due to the war in Iran.
It comes as the Israeli prime minister says military aims in Iran are 'beyond halfway', a Kuwaiti oil tanker is hit by an Iranian strike in Dubai, and as explosions are heard in Tehran and Jerusalem on Tuesday.
