Counting is underway in Nepal's general election, after polls closed largely peacefully across the country. Partial results are expected by the end of Friday, with final results expected next week.
Officials say just over 58% of eligible voters cast their ballots - the lowest turnout since 1991.
It's the first vote since a deadly student-led uprising ousted then-Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli last September.
