White House open to immigration enforcement reforms

The White House has signaled it's open to negotiating with Democrats
over immigration enforcement reforms to end a funding fight.

Lawmakers are facing a Friday 13th deadline to secure funding for the
Department of Homeland Security, following controversial killings in
Minneapolis by the department's employees.
