US barrelling towards another partial government shutdown

Another partial US government shutdown is all but certain this weekend after lawmakers left town on Thursday without a deal to fund the Department of Homeland Security. Democrats are demanding reforms to ICE after two Americans were fatally shot by federal immigration agents in Minnesota last month. Toni Waterman has more from Washington
