House passes SAVE Act - which could require proof of citizenship to vote in the US

House lawmakers have passed the SAVE Act - which would require people to prove they are American citizens before they could register to vote in federal elections. Proponents say it's necessary to combat fraud after an influx of undocumented migrants in recent years, but critics say it would disenfranchise minority groups and the poor. Toni Waterman has more.
