HOUSE OF COMMONS SPEAKER FORCED TO ADMIT HE TIPPED-OFF POLICE ON MANDELSON

London's police service has apologised to the Speaker of the House of Commons for inadvertently forcing him to reveal he was the source of a tip-off that saw Peter Mandelson arrested last week.

It all revolves around the claim that former British ambassador to the US, Lord Mandelson, was planning to flee to the Virgin Islands, which his lawyers say was 'baseless'.
