Allies pledge support for Ukraine on anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion

Several European leaders are in Ukraine's capital to mark the four
year anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion.

But plans to mark the day with a fresh batch of sanctions on Moscow
has failed to materialize due to opposition from Hungary and Slovakia.
