The acting director of US Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agency, Todd Lyons, has refused to apologize for the Trump Administration's branding of two US citizens killed by federal agents as "domestic terrorists".
Officials are testifying in a high-profile Department of Homeland Security House oversight hearing following the shooting deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis last month.
