France calls for NATO exercise in Greenland as Davos awaits Donald Trump speech

France has called for a formal NATO exercise to be staged in Greenland.

It follows the deployment of a small number of European troops to the island last week as the Trump administration continues its pressure campaign to try to take control of the self-governing Danish territory.
