Constellation bar not checked for 5 years

A bar in the Swiss Alps where 40 people died during a New Year's party
has not had a safety check for five years.

Preliminary investigations suggest the fire was started by sparklers
that set fire to the ceiling cladding and local officials have called
for them to be banned indoors.
