Calm In Caracas As Future Direction Of Venezuela Is Uncertain

After the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro by US special forces, an air of normality is returning to the country.


Shops are re-opening and some domestic flights are resuming, as analysts say the government is trying to send a message that they are still in control.


In the capital Caracas, the streets are largely empty, as most people remain in their homes whilst questions remain about how things will operate.
