State officials in Minnesota say they have been blocked by federal
authorities from investigating the fatal shooting of a woman by an
Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent.
They say they are unable to access evidence, with the FBI refusing to
work with them on a joint inquiry.
Protests and vigils have been held for Renee Nicole Good, who federal
authorities said was committing "domestic terrorism" by trying to run
over ICE agents in Minneapolis on Wednesday.
The competing narratives are dividing opinions.
