The White House on Monday confirmed that a second strike was carried out on a suspected drug boat in the Caribbean Sea in September, as two injured people clung to the wreckage. At a press conference, Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth authorized the second attack, which critics say could amount to a war crime.
