The US intends to confiscate the oil that was onboard a tanker seized off the Venezuela coast on Wednesday - saying it was tied to the black market and used to fund narco-terrorism. Wednesday's dramatic interception - with the US military repelling off a helicopter onto the ship - has escalated tensions between Washington and Caracas. Toni Waterman has more from Washington.
