Kremlin confirms Putin to host US envoy Witkoff for talks Tuesday

US President Donald Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff is heading to Moscow to discuss a peace plan for Ukraine with President Putin. The Kremlin has confirmed the talks are scheduled for the afternoon of Tuesday, December 2. The visit comes the day after negotiations between Ukrainian and American delegations in Florida.
