US Black Friday shopping predicted to drop over economic fears

This week marks the unofficial start of the Holiday spending season in
the United States, as shoppers get ready to spend big during the Black
Friday sales.

But new data shows US consumers are expected to fork out less than
usual this year, over fears the US economy is heading in the wrong
direction.
