Nine people killed in Russian strike on Ukraine, as Kyiv battles corruption scandal

Nine people have been killed and dozens more wounded in a Russian attack on the western Ukrainian city of Ternopil.

It comes as Volodymyr Zelenskyy faces the most damaging corruption scandal of his presidency.
