Moscow has not yet received updated plan on Ukraine, Kremlin says

The Kremlin says it has not received the updated 19-point peace plan on Ukraine drafted by Washington and Kiev in recent days. Moscow called the US plan it had seen earlier 'substantive', suggesting it could provide a good foundation for future peace settlement for Ukraine. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
