Canada says it is ready to restart trade negotiations with the United
States after President Donald Trump abruptly "terminated" discussions.
It follows a commercial, aired in parts of Canada, that used excerpts
from a Ronald Reagan speech blaming tariffs for economic problems and
job losses.
