Two Ugandan soldiers have been killed by rebels in the northeast of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Authorities say the rebels ambushed a vehicle of the Ugandan army over the weekend, opened fire on the soldiers, and burned their vehicle. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa....
