President Trump has pardoned Changpeng Zhao - the convicted founder of the world's largest crypto exchange Binance. Zhao, along with the company, pleaded guilty to violating US anti-money laundering laws in 2023, which the Department of Justice says allowed terrorists, cybercriminals and child abusers to move money through the exchange.
