European foreign ministers are gathering in Luxembourg to discuss ways
to increase support for Ukraine.
This follows Friday's meeting in Washington where Ukraine's President
Volodmyr Zelenskyy failed to secure long-range missiles from the U.S.
The EU's foreign affairs chief Kaja Kallas says greater pressure is
needed to force Moscow to the negotiating table.
