EU adopts 19th round of Russian sanctions

The European Union has adopted a fresh round of sanctions on Russia
targeting energy supplies, banks, crypto exchanges and entities in
India and China.

This comes as the United States announced it was sanctioning two of
Moscow's largest oil companies.
