Appeals court okays National Guard deployment in Portland

A divided federal appeals court has lifted a block on President Trump's deployment of Oregon National Guard troops to Portland, despite leaders in the state opposing the move. The 3-judge panel said it is likely the President lawfully exercised his statutory authority. Toni Waterman has more.
