A US federal judge has ruled that Google won't have to sell off its Chrome browser but that the company won't be allowed to make exclusive agreements for searches and must share data with competitors.
The landmark antitrust could have a major impact on how the US will regulate Big Tech.
Shares of Google's parent company Alphabet surged on the news in after-hours trading.
