EU presents 19th Russian sanctions package

The European Commission has unveiled its latest set of Russian
sanctions. It comes as European officials say Russian jets have
violated Estonian airspace.

The EU says this 19th package targets key sectors impacting the war in
Ukraine and includes a ban on LNG imports.
