The CDC's vaccine advisory panel will vote Thursday on controversial changes to the childhood vaccine schedule - including delaying the Hepatitis B shot for newborns. It may also change guidance on the MMRV jab - which offers protection against measles, mumps, rubella and chickenpox. Health Secretary Robert F.
