Trump: Putin is "going to make a deal" on Ukraine

US President Donald Trump says he thinks Russian president Vladimir
Putin is ready to make a deal over the war in Ukraine.

It comes ahead of a summit between the two leaders in Alaska on Friday.

The US president intends to hold a press conference after the meeting,
as well as potentially updating European leaders on the talks, and
arranging a second summit.

President Trump spoke to Fox News radio ahead of Friday's summit.
