Some travelers now required to put up $15,000 to enter the US

Starting Wednesday, travelers from certain countries will have to pay bonds up to $15,000 to enter the United States - whether it's for business or pleasure.  It's a pilot program that is meant to crack down on visitors who overstay their visas or who are coming from countries the US deems have poor screening and vetting processes.
