A federal judge has temporarily blocked the Trump administration from deporting Kilmar Abrego Garcia for a second time – after he was wrongfully removed to El Salvador earlier this year.
His attorneys have criticized government officials for rearresting him on Monday and for their intention to deport him to Uganda.
