A Hong Kong court heard final arguments on Monday in the landmark national security trial of pro-democracy media mogul Jimmy Lai, who faces up to life in prison if convicted.
Lai was charged in December 2020 with conspiring to collude with foreign forces under the Beijing-imposed national security law and a separate charge of conspiracy to publish seditious material.
