France condemns Israeli PM's claim that it fuels antisemitism

The French government has slammed the Israeli prime minister's claim that the decision to recognise Palestinian statehood "fuels the fire of antisemitism".

France said Benjamin Netanyahu's comment was 'abject' and 'erroneous'.
